Crocodiles and Snakes

Sunday’s gig was a hoot. It was at Federation Square and it was for the international students. Kind of like an orientation. This is Australia and all of that stuff. So Skull, my alter-ego, was impressing the new-comers with his charm and good looks. And by the way, he was pretty damn good on that little bike too! Cobble stones are not the easiest to tricks on. Especially sloping cobblestones. But he’s a veteran professional, so I don’t even think he noticed the bumpy ground!

The chicks loved him. The laughter therapist and her friend had sore jaw muscles from laughing so much. And the kids soccer team went trick for trick with Skull, with Skull winning by default because the kids ran out of tricks.

Skull also got to hold a snake. And! Pat a crocodile. A 7 year old saltwater croc. Jeepers! It had remarkably soft skin, and the scariest and most amazing teeth that I have ever seen. Lucky Skull is tough and was not scared one little bit. And he is very good-looking.

A cool video response

I received a video response to my Circus Oz BMX act on youtube.

Then I found this. I can relate to almost every one of those stacks.

Photoshoot time

Jeremy never told Sharon or myself that he was going to Canberra. On Wednesday we turn up to training and after a while send Jeremy a text to see what he was doing. And he replies that he is doing some stuff to get ready to leave. Oh. Ok. Leave.

And so today we rock up and he is nowhere to be found. Another text to him and he replies that he is in Canberra finishing the script. Luckily we are all easy going.

So today I only took pictures of Sharon and myself.

Hampton Primary School, Hampton St, Hampton

Hampton Primary School had just installed a brand spanking new swing set and today was the grand opening.

Kyle Raftery and I were contacted by Little Devils Recreation to be the surprise entertainment at this big event. The mayor of Hampton was there, as well as some other important people.

And it was a hoot! Kyle and I caused chaos and havoc amongst the primary school kids and teachers causing tears of laughter and joy.

I was even lucky enough to spot a little kiss from one of the hotty teachers. Yippee!
